Adira Finance, one of Indonesia’s leading multifinance institutions, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer – Wilayah Payakumbuh. This role is pivotal in expanding our vehicle financing portfolio, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that our distribution channels operate efficiently. Responsibilities
- Conduct direct and telephone marketing of vehicle financing products, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs.
- Manage and optimise existing distribution channels, including dealerships, brokers, and digital platforms, to maximise loan approvals.
- Perform on‑site consumer surveys and market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, credit assessments, and financing terms in alignment with company policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to ensure swift and accurate processing of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and pipeline reports in the CRM system.
- Provide post‑sale support, including loan servicing inquiries, payment reminders, and resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product workshops to stay up‑to‑date with the latest financing solutions and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle financing, sales, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a proven orientation toward meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High degree of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic data analysis.
- Male candidates only, as per current company policy.
- Willingness to be placed in the Payakumbuh region in accordance with domicile.
