We are a fast‑growing retail brand looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our store crew and support daily retail operations. As a Store Crew member, you will be the face of the store, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a welcoming atmosphere while helping to drive sales through excellent service and engaging social‑media content.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide personalized assistance that encourages repeat visits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including regular merchandising adjustments and floor‑plan updates.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive shipments, perform stock counts, and reconcile daily sales reports to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Create and schedule engaging marketing content for TikTok and Instagram, showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and in‑store events.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales targets, participating in weekly briefings and performance reviews.
  • Handle point‑of‑sale transactions efficiently, process returns and exchanges, and maintain cash handling procedures.
  • Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for customer service and visual merchandising.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, reporting trends to the operations team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer‑service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
  • Energetic, confident, and self‑motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Disciplined, honest, and accountable, with a proven ability to meet targets and follow operational procedures.
  • Female candidates aged 18‑30 are preferred, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic proficiency with social‑media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and a flair for creating short‑form video content.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
