Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Remedial Officer – Collection to join our multifinance team in the Kelapa Gading area of Jabodetabekser. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the collection process for overdue accounts (A/R Overdue), ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. This position offers a competitive work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and placement flexibility across a wide range of locations throughout Greater Jakarta and surrounding cities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue receivables, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor credit portfolios daily, identifying high‑risk accounts and initiating proactive collection actions.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
  • Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to verify the accuracy of loan documents and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present regular collection performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rate, days past due, and aging analysis.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel when escalation to formal recovery procedures or litigation is required.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM system, documenting all communication and actions taken for each account.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on credit risk, negotiation techniques, and regulatory updates to continuously improve collection effectiveness.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives aimed at reducing delinquency rates and enhancing overall portfolio health.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Male candidates only, with a maximum age of 29 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt recovery, and interpersonal communication.
  • Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Cilegon, Rangkas Bitung, Serang, Cikupa, Pasar Baru (Tangerang), Alam Sutra, Bekasi, Tambun, Cikarang, Jakarta Daan Mogot, Jakarta Latumenten, Jakarta Kepatang, Jakarta Tebet, Jakarta Pondok Indah, Ciledug, Jakarta Kelapa Gading, Bogor Tajur, Bogor Soleh Iskandar, Cibinong, Cileungsi, Pondok Gede, Ciputat, Depok, Cimanggis.
