Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily recreational activities, sports events, and community programs within the club premises.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety of all guests and staff during activities, conducting regular safety checks of equipment and facilities.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations for activities.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly, investigate issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep all recreational areas clean, well‑stocked, and in optimal condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, equipment usage, and incident reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in training new staff members on safety protocols, customer service standards, and activity facilitation techniques.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting upcoming events, special programs, and membership benefits through social media and on‑site communication.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate peak guest traffic and special events.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, recreation management, or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Guest‑oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional, disciplined appearance with a well‑groomed presence.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle guest complaints calmly and efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to conduct outdoor activities, supervise equipment, and respond to emergencies when required.
