As a front‑line ambassador, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash and non‑cash transactions accurately using the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system.
- Operate the cash register and ensure all sales are recorded correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including regular table resetting and floor upkeep.
- Arrange and display merchandise, promotional items, and menu boards to attract customer attention.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to each customer, addressing inquiries and special requests.
- Assist in inventory checks, report low stock levels, and help restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and resolve any service issues.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance feedback meetings.
- Contribute ideas for improving service flow, menu presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy for this location).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- No prior experience required; however, previous exposure to food‑and‑beverage service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions.
- Proficiency or willingness to quickly learn POS and cash‑handling systems.
