Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Kasir Penjualan (Sales Cashier) to join our vibrant retail team in Batubulan, Bali. This full‑time position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with customers, manage cash transactions, and support daily store operations. As the frontline representative of our brand, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless shopping experience, ensuring both accuracy in financial handling and a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers, answering product queries and guiding purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment (cash registers, scanners, receipt printers) is functional.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, prepare daily sales reports, and submit them to store management.
- Assist with inventory control by recording stock movements, conducting periodic counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members on floor merchandising, promotional displays, and restocking shelves during shift changes.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and customer privacy.
- Participate in scheduled shift rotations, including evenings and weekends, to ensure continuous store coverage.
- Contribute ideas for improving checkout efficiency and overall customer satisfaction during team meetings.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent diploma.
- Gender: Male candidates only (as specified by the employer).
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Experience: Prior experience in cash handling or retail sales is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Skills: Proficient in using cash register systems and basic computer applications; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities; a positive attitude and a professional appearance are essential.
- Availability: Ability to work a structured shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
