Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Pengendali Inventaris Hub Cipete to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will ensure that every inbound and outbound movement of goods aligns with our stringent quality and safety standards. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain, supporting timely deliveries, and upholding the trust of our clients across the Jabodetabek region.
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of surat jalan (delivery documents) against the physical goods received, identifying any discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
- Conduct regular temperature checks of freezers and chillers, recording readings twice per shift in the designated log to guarantee product freshness.
- Cross‑check sales orders (SO) with physical inventory during inbound processing, ensuring that quantities and product codes match.
- Document instances of over‑receipts, under‑receipts, or bad stock, and report them to the inventory manager for reconciliation.
- Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly, flagging any items that fail acceptance criteria.
- Organize inventory using FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) methodologies to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation.
- Measure and log freezer/chiller temperatures at the start and end of each shift, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
- Record disposal activities for bad stock, including photographic evidence and proper waste handling documentation.
- Assist in periodic physical counts and cycle counts, contributing to accurate stock levels and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound schedules, ensuring smooth dock operations and minimal downtime.
- Provide shift handover reports that highlight any issues, outstanding tasks, or equipment concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related logistics role.
- Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek area and adhere to a shift‑based schedule.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with supervisors, drivers, and cross‑functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail, capable of spotting discrepancies quickly.
- Physical agility and the ability to lift moderate loads, as the role involves handling palletized goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is a plus, as is prior experience with temperature‑sensitive products.
