Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Executive – Customer Relationship Management to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on promoting and selling water heater solutions to both residential and commercial projects across the building‑material and HVAC sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales, a strong network of industry contacts, and the drive to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients, including dealers, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, and project owners, to introduce our water heater product line.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring consistent follow‑up and progression toward closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by senior management, leveraging negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and help shape future offerings.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics for internal review.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:30, ensuring availability for client meetings and site visits as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates, age 35 years or younger.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the water‑heater, building‑material, or HVAC industry.
  • Demonstrated network of contacts within the building‑material and HVAC sectors, including consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and architects.
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable using digital communication platforms.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.
