Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Staff Mini Bar (Operational Kitchen – Food Preparation & Service) to join our vibrant team at a boutique villa resort. The position is based in the mini‑bar area adjacent to the on‑site restaurant, offering a pleasant and clean working environment surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring each interaction reflects the resort’s high service standards.
- Prepare a variety of fresh fruit drinks, juices, smoothies, and specialty coffees, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Accurately receive, record, and process guest orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, confirming details to avoid errors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mini‑bar workstations, equipment, and service areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies; report shortages and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant staff and kitchen team to coordinate service flow during peak periods.
- Participate in routine cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning of coffee machines, blenders, and refrigeration units.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on new drink trends to suggest innovative menu ideas.
- Provide support for special events, private gatherings, and guest requests, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in beverage preparation, café service, or mini‑bar operations.

- Strong interpersonal skills: courteous, patient, and able to handle guest inquiries or concerns gracefully.
