Responsibilities
- Actively offer and explain Home Credit Indonesia payment products to customers at partner outlets, ensuring clear understanding of terms and benefits.
- Demonstrate the payment process using mobile devices, assisting customers step‑by‑step from application to transaction completion.
- Promote Home Credit financing options through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), creating engaging content that drives awareness and leads.
- Maintain a tidy and attractive appearance of the sales station, adhering to brand guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Track daily sales activities, report key metrics, and provide feedback to the regional manager to help refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with outlet staff and Home Credit support teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Tuesday – Sunday, 11:00 – 20:00) and be flexible to cover peak shopping periods or special promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior sales or retail experience are highly preferred.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
