We are seeking a motivated and diligent professional to join our team as a Mitra Program Penawaran Denda di Simpang Empat. This field‑based role focuses on offering payment solutions and settlement options to customers who have outstanding fines that have already been marked as settled in the system. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line liaison between our company and its clientele, ensuring a smooth, courteous, and results‑driven collection process while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound visits and phone calls to customers who have been flagged for fine settlement, presenting clear payment options and negotiating mutually beneficial terms.
  • Verify customer identity and outstanding balance details using the company’s database before initiating any discussion.
  • Prepare and deliver written offers, receipts, and settlement agreements in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of all interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve discrepancies, address disputes, and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly target quotas for successful settlements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Report market feedback and common objections to management, helping to refine the program’s communication strategy.
  • Adhere to safety protocols during field visits, including proper use of personal protective equipment and vehicle maintenance.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on collection best practices, regulatory changes, and negotiation techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
  • Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and an active SIM C license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and resilience – a “never give up” attitude.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors and travel throughout the Simpang Empat region.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM navigation.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
