We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Pemimpin Store Penjualan Retail to lead one of our flagship fashion outlets. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates and visual merchandisers to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to exceed targets.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the central warehouse to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld, aligning window displays and in‑store layouts with seasonal campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, handling VIP clients, and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and POS systems to generate sales reports, forecast demand, and analyze market trends.
- Schedule staff rotas, approve leave requests, and manage workforce planning to guarantee adequate coverage, including weekends and national holidays.
- Collaborate with the regional manager on promotional activities, new product launches, and staff training programs.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular store inspections and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Maximum 30 years; single status preferred.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Work experience: At least 2 years in retail fashion or as a beauty advisor.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable operating POS systems.
- Physical requirements: Minimum height 155 cm; healthy weight proportionate to height.
- Availability to work weekends and national holidays as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage time effectively, and solve problems under pressure.
