Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Kanvas Artaboga – Indramayu (Jatibarang) to join our dynamic distribution team. Based in the thriving industrial hub of Indramayu, this role offers the chance to work directly with retail partners and end‑customers, promoting a portfolio of high‑quality motorized products. As a frontline ambassador for the Kanvas Artaboga brand, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market reach, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the West Java region.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales visits to assigned retail outlets, wholesalers, and individual customers following a pre‑defined route.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage instructions to ensure customers understand the value proposition.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners and key decision‑makers, providing after‑sales support and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels at each location, coordinate restocking, and ensure accurate stock records are maintained throughout the distribution cycle.
- Record all sales transactions in the company’s CRM system, prepare daily sales reports, and submit them to the regional supervisor.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing updates to customers, encouraging upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging product displays according to corporate guidelines and ensuring promotional materials are correctly positioned.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the Indramayu sales team.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and relay insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and company policy requirements while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender and age; no upper age limit.
- Zero to two years of prior sales experience; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new products, routes, and customer needs.
- Basic administrative skills for accurate sales documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while following a structured schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily route coverage.
- Physical stamina to handle product loading, unloading, and extended periods of travel.
