Introduction

To support our growing portfolio of loan applications, we are seeking a diligent Admin Business Channeling professional who can ensure smooth order processing, accurate data entry, and effective communication between customers, credit analysts, and field teams.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming loan orders generated from the Business Channeling source, ensuring each request is logged promptly.
  • Collect, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data before entry into the ACCTION system.
  • Accurately input order details received via the dicicilaja platform, maintaining consistency with internal data standards.
  • Review and process credit applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or the consumer’s grading score, flagging any anomalies for further review.
  • Communicate credit approval status to applicants, delivering clear explanations of terms, conditions, and next steps.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and coordinate with the Service Handling Center (SHC) on pending consumer cases.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all data entry activities, ensuring audit‑ready documentation at all times.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including credit analysts, underwriting, and field officers—to streamline workflow and reduce processing time.
  • Provide periodic status updates to supervisors, highlighting bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant administrative or data‑entry experience, preferably in a financial or lending environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, data‑entry software, and basic database navigation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling confidential customer information.
  • Effective communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
