Responsibilities
- Promote and market MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi products to prospective customers using proven canvassing techniques.
- Conduct door‑to‑door (door‑to‑door) outreach across assigned territories, delivering compelling product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close sales while ensuring adherence to company pricing and promotional policies.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and new clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and consumer feedback, and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Prepare daily activity reports, maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, and update sales forecasts.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of related experience are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone or tablet for CRM entry and navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required, to meet sales targets.
