Responsibilities
- Sort raw materials and finished components according to production specifications.
- Pack items securely for transport, ensuring that packaging meets company standards for durability and hygiene.
- Transport sorted and packed products to the oven area using manual carts or small powered vehicles, following established routes and timelines.
- Perform routine visual inspections to detect any defects or irregularities before items enter the baking stage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sweeping, waste disposal, and equipment sanitation.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow workers to coordinate shift handovers and share relevant production updates.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to the line manager immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety shoes, and hairnets.
- Assist in occasional inventory counts and restocking of packaging materials when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering suggestions for workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age limit: 30 years (maximum 40 years accepted for flexibility).

- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, especially during inspection and packing tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow written instructions and complete simple logs.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 16:00, Monday through Saturday.
