We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Motor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team covering the Nias region. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers for motor vehicle sales within the assigned Nias territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase features, benefits, and financing options.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dealers, fleet managers, and individual buyers.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a daily route plan, ensuring coverage of key market segments and timely follow‑ups.
- Report sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to the regional manager using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and after‑sales teams to coordinate promotions, service appointments, and customer feedback loops.
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, setting targets and action plans for continuous improvement.
- Travel frequently across the Nias islands, representing the brand professionally at events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender and age; no upper age limit.
- Strong passion for sales; fresh graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
- Own a motorcycle and be willing to obtain a valid SIM C driving license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and close sales deals.
- Willingness to work outside the home city and travel extensively within the Nias region.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, GPS navigation, and common office software.
