Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance products and services while actively seeking new business opportunities to broaden the market footprint.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough data analysis to assess consumer creditworthiness and eligibility.
- Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation and client follow‑up.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, risk management, and operations to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Represent BCA Finance at local events, community gatherings, and industry seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including adherence to UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 graduates from any discipline are welcome.
- Academic performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No maximum age limit; we value experience and potential.

- Work experience: Entry‑level candidates (0+ years) are acceptable; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust with clients.

- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for mobility.
- Residence in Sangatta or surrounding districts.
