Introduction

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our fast‑growing team as Direct Sales Wi‑Fi Representatives in the Serang area. As a front‑line ambassador for Bnetfit, you will introduce customers to reliable, high‑speed internet solutions and help expand our market presence across the region. This role offers flexible working hours, a performance‑driven compensation package, and the chance to grow your career in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

  • Attend daily attendance via the mobile timestamp application, capturing check‑in and check‑out photos within the assigned territory.
  • Operate on a flexible schedule, typically between 09:00 – 17:00, while remaining mobile and responsive to customer needs throughout the day.
  • Identify prospective customers, present the benefits of Bnetfit Wi‑Fi services, and conduct on‑site demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements in line with company pricing policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales logs, update the CRM system, and report daily activity to the regional sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the installation and technical support teams to ensure smooth hand‑over and customer satisfaction after the sale.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.
  • Adhere to company standards for professional conduct, data privacy, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) for traveling within the sales territory.
  • Own an Android smartphone capable of running the attendance and CRM applications.
  • Quick adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • No prior sales experience required; enthusiastic newcomers are encouraged to apply.
