Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer for the Ujung Gading area. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, cultivating strong relationships with agents, merchants, and durable‑goods retailers, and driving loan origination through disciplined sales processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head – Channeling, ensuring that sales targets are not only met but exceeded while upholding the highest standards of credit integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process as directed by the Sales Head – Channeling, aiming to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and develop new order sources across a network of AXI agents, durable‑goods shops, merchants, and other Adira Finance channels.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, providing continuous support, product updates, and problem‑solving to ensure repeat business.
- Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform vehicle or equipment appraisal (taksasi) for financing proposals, obtaining necessary approvals from the Sales Head before finalizing offers.
- Conduct on‑site surveys of prospective borrowers, capture accurate data, and enter findings into the company’s CRM/system in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with credit monitoring and collections teams to follow up on pending applications and assist in early identification of potential credit risks.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and insight on competitor activities to help shape regional sales strategies.
- Adhere to all corporate policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical standards throughout all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the current recruitment policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services, consumer credit, or durable‑goods financing.
- Strong understanding of credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt collection procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with merchants, agents, and end‑customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM and loan origination systems; comfortable with data entry and report generation.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional field visits outside standard hours.
