Introduction

This role will be based in the Cianjur area and will serve the entire Central Java branch network, supporting both existing and new customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, promoting our diverse portfolio of financial products while ensuring a seamless credit application experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including auto loans, personal financing, and credit lines—to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and develop relationships with channel distribution partners, gathering initial customer data, verifying information, and completing all required documentation for credit applications.
- Track the status of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders, and communicating final credit decisions clearly and professionally.
- Educate customers on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary to ensure smooth loan servicing.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads, opportunities, and closed deals using the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to resolve any discrepancies or additional information requests, expediting the approval process.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers post‑approval to reinforce satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for cross‑selling.
- Represent Adira Finance at regional events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
- Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact product positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years (no strict upper limit for experienced candidates).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting customer relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial data.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, credit documentation, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility to attend occasional client meetings outside standard hours.
