This role is essential in ensuring that printed materials are accurately organized, color‑checked, and prepared for timely distribution.
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize printed sheets, rolls, and finished products according to size, color specifications (C, N, Y, K), and order priority.
- Conduct visual inspections to verify color consistency and print quality, reporting any deviations to the production supervisor.
- Handle both large‑scale and small‑scale sorting tasks, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating sorting logs and using barcode/RFID systems.
- Collaborate closely with the offset printing team to understand job requirements and adjust sorting processes as needed.
- Prepare sorted batches for loading onto delivery vehicles, ensuring that documentation matches the physical shipment.
- Participate in routine warehouse clean‑up and equipment maintenance to sustain a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new staff members on sorting techniques, color theory basics, and warehouse best practices.
- Provide quick feedback on workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Grafika Produksi or related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in an offset printing environment.
- Strong understanding of color fundamentals (CMYK) and the ability to identify subtle variations.
- Proven ability to sort both large‑scale and small‑scale print jobs with accuracy and speed.
- Female candidates only, as per company policy.
- Excellent adaptability and the capacity to learn new procedures quickly.
- Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and move print materials throughout the shift.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with production, logistics, and quality‑control teams.
