Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer (Tajur) for the Jabodetabek region. This full‑time position is based across all Adira Finance branches in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Serang. The role focuses on expanding our portfolio of financial products by engaging both existing and new customers, managing credit applications, and ensuring a seamless post‑sale experience. Candidates must be proactive, possess strong interpersonal abilities, and be ready to travel within the metropolitan area using their own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s suite of products—including vehicle financing, personal loans, and credit lines—to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Jabodetabek‑Serang market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with channel distribution partners, such as car dealers and retail outlets, to generate qualified leads.
  • Gather initial customer data, conduct thorough verification, and complete all required documentation for credit applications.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, coordinate with underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Explain payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring customers fully understand their obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, update sales forecasts, and provide regular status reports to the regional sales manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback and suggest enhancements to product offerings.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to all compliance, risk management, and ethical standards set by Adira Finance and relevant financial regulators.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all fields are welcomed.
  • Age: 29 years maximum at the time of application.
  • Gender: Male (as per current company policy).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse customers.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, resilience, and honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid, active SIM A/C license.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Familiarity with credit assessment processes and basic understanding of financial regulations is an advantage.
