Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Produksi dan Pengendalian Operasional to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the production department runs smoothly by handling all administrative functions, from daily output recording to comprehensive reporting for senior management. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized professional with a strong background in production administration within a fast‑paced factory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and consolidate daily production data, including output volumes, reject counts, and equipment downtime.
  • Maintain attendance and overtime records for all production staff, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports that highlight key performance indicators and trends.
  • Archive critical production documents such as batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality forms in both physical and digital formats.
  • Process material and spare‑part requisitions, coordinating with the Purchasing department to guarantee timely supply.
  • Assist the Production Supervisor in drafting shift schedules, aligning workforce availability with production targets.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between Production, HR, Finance, and Purchasing teams.
  • Enter and validate data in the ERP system (e.g., Odoo) or Excel‑based spreadsheets, creating dashboards and pivot‑table analyses for decision‑making.
  • Identify inconsistencies in production data, investigate root causes, and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data‑driven insights that help streamline workflows and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
  • Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant in a manufacturing setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting, and dashboard creation).
  • Experience with ERP platforms, preferably Odoo, and strong data‑management skills.
  • Ability to transform raw production data into actionable reports for management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, speed, and the ability to thrive in a noisy, fast‑moving factory environment.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and resilience under tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in FMCG production administration and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
