Introduction
PT Kobus Smart Service is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit – Payakumbuh & Pesisir Selatan to join our dynamic collection and field operations team. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the growth of our credit portfolio across the West Pasaman and South Coast regions. The successful candidate will operate from our Payakumbuh office, covering a broad geographic area while adhering to a structured work schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and field visits to delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and recover outstanding balances.
- Analyze customer financial data, assess credit risk, and propose appropriate collection strategies aligned with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to provide feedback on risk trends and potential improvements in credit terms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports highlighting recovery rates, outstanding receivables, and any escalated cases.
- Represent PT Kobus Smart Service at community events and local business forums to promote responsible credit usage and strengthen brand reputation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to borrower concerns, offering realistic payment solutions, and building trust.
- Work independently as a field collector while also contributing to team meetings, sharing best practices, and supporting junior staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, field collection, ARO, or account officer roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Own a motorbike or similar personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM C.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, with a clear focus on achieving results.
- Quick adaptation to changing market conditions and the ability to evaluate risk effectively.
- Residency in Payakumbuh or willingness to relocate within the coverage area (Pasaman Barat / Pesisir Selatan).
