Introduction
SPX Express, a leading last‑mile logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub for its hub located in Padas, Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur. The Hub Leader will be the operational backbone ensuring that every parcel moves smoothly from pick‑up to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast‑growing market.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow to guarantee on‑time delivery, from the moment items are collected until they reach the customer.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement preventive measures that reduce the risk of lost or damaged packages, including regular audits and quality checks.
- Oversee all transaction records within the hub, ensuring data accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, managing dock assignments, loading plans, and shipment prioritization.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, damage ratio, and cost per shipment, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs, and local government requirements.
- Assist in the development of contingency plans for peak seasons, extreme weather, or unexpected disruptions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in both First Mile and Last Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Padas, Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur.
- Flexible to work the standard schedule of 09:30 – 18:30, with possible overtime during peak periods.
