Responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities in strict accordance with company procedures and ethical standards.
  • Communicate promotional information clearly to customers, highlighting product benefits and seasonal offers.
  • Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate sales reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Organize and archive all sales order documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Assist in the verification and validation of new and existing customers, ensuring data integrity.
  • Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to assigned customers, gathering feedback and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Adhere consistently to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product deliveries and promotional events.
  • Identify market trends in the Indramayu region and provide actionable insights to the product development team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with a clean record.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Force, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health‑care industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • High level of self‑motivation, goal‑oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM tools) for reporting purposes.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime for special campaigns.
  • Physical stamina to travel throughout the Indramayu area and handle product samples or promotional materials.
