Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities in strict accordance with company procedures and ethical standards.
- Communicate promotional information clearly to customers, highlighting product benefits and seasonal offers.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate sales reports on a daily and weekly basis.
- Organize and archive all sales order documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Assist in the verification and validation of new and existing customers, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to assigned customers, gathering feedback and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Adhere consistently to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product deliveries and promotional events.
- Identify market trends in the Indramayu region and provide actionable insights to the product development team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with a clean record.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Force, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health‑care industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- High level of self‑motivation, goal‑oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM tools) for reporting purposes.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime for special campaigns.
- Physical stamina to travel throughout the Indramayu area and handle product samples or promotional materials.
