Responsibilities
- Operate heavy‑duty trucks (B1 class) safely and efficiently on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the fleet manager.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo according to standard operating procedures, ensuring that goods are protected from damage.
- Plan and navigate routes using GPS, printed maps, and knowledge of the Jawa Timur and Jawa Tengah areas to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including waybills, fuel receipts, and incident reports.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and warehouse staff to confirm schedules, address delays, and coordinate loading priorities.
- Assist with basic truck maintenance tasks such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and professionalism both inside the cab and on the exterior of the vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing the company’s brand with courtesy and reliability.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; age 30 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM B1 driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willingness to travel on inter‑city trips and stay overnight when required.
- Prior experience as a driver is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong aptitude will also be considered.
- Proficient knowledge of road networks and mapping in Jawa Timur and Jawa Tengah.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, diligence, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Residence preferably in Sragen or surrounding areas to facilitate quick start‑up and local familiarity.
- Ability to lift and handle cargo safely, complying with manual handling guidelines.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
