Introduction

Responsibilities
- Promote a wide range of electronic products, from smartphones to home appliances, to prospective customers.
- Clearly explain product features, advantages, and benefits, tailoring the message to each customer’s needs.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain and nurture post‑sale relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations, allowing customers to experience functionality first‑hand.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product releases, specifications, and industry developments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and inventory teams to align promotional activities with stock availability.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future product assortments.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and reflect brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in electronic product sales or a related retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive, customer‑centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Solid knowledge of consumer electronics, including current trends and emerging technologies.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure, handling multiple customers simultaneously.
- Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude when dealing with diverse customer backgrounds.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the brand’s image.
- Proficiency with basic technology tools (computer, tablet) and familiarity with social media platforms for product promotion.
- Basic English language skills to assist non‑Indonesian speaking customers.
