Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Therapist & Beautician Senior to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role combines professional therapeutic services with high‑end beauty treatments, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional care and relaxation. The successful candidate will work in a vibrant hotel environment, delivering personalized reflexology, body massage, facial, and body‑care services while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, with shift work that may include weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of therapeutic and beauty treatments, including reflexology, Swedish and deep‑tissue massage, facial care, body scrubs, and waxing, adhering to hotel spa protocols.
- Conduct initial consultations to assess guests’ needs, recommend appropriate services, and create customized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior therapists and beauticians, ensuring consistent service quality and professional development.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of oils, lotions, linens, and other consumables, placing orders as needed to avoid service interruptions.
- Handle guest feedback promptly, resolve any concerns, and strive to exceed expectations, thereby boosting overall guest satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the front‑desk and housekeeping teams to coordinate bookings, manage walk‑ins, and ensure seamless operation during peak periods.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the wellness and beauty industry.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Hospitality, Tourism, Beauty Therapy, or related field; SMA/SMK acceptable with relevant certifications.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar senior therapist or beautician role, preferably within a hotel or luxury resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operational standards and spa SOPs, including health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with a guest‑oriented mindset, able to build rapport and inspire confidence.
- Professional appearance, polished grooming, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Resilience under pressure, with proven capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
