The position offers a flexible weekend schedule, competitive daily compensation, and the opportunity to work closely with marketing and sales teams on high‑visibility events such as health fairs, product launches, and community outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company at pharmaceutical exhibitions, retail promotions, and community health events, delivering product demonstrations that highlight key benefits and usage instructions.
- Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and general consumers to answer questions, address concerns, and gather feedback on product performance.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring all promotional materials are stocked, organized, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct on‑site sampling and distribution of informational brochures while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collect and record customer data, sales leads, and event metrics using handheld devices or paper forms, then submit detailed reports to the marketing manager within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with the event logistics team to coordinate schedules, transport of promotional kits, and setup/teardown procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the company’s brand values and creating a positive first impression.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new product lines, compliance updates, and advanced communication techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Height: at least 158 cm with a proportional body weight.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG in event or retail environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health‑care sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex medical information in an accessible manner.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and the capacity to handle diverse customer personalities.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance and a confident, personable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) and adapt to varying event schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
