We are a fast‑growing private tutoring service based in the vibrant regions of Mojoagung and Jombang City. We are looking for enthusiastic, native‑level English speakers who are currently enrolled in at least their fourth semester of university (any major) and are eager to share their knowledge through one‑on‑one or small‑group sessions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized English lessons that focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, tailored to each learner’s proficiency level.
- Develop engaging teaching materials such as worksheets, flashcards, multimedia presentations, and real‑world conversation topics.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, oral examinations, and written assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom environment, ensuring punctuality and adherence to the schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about student performance, goals, and any areas needing additional support.
- Utilize digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, language‑learning apps) to supplement in‑person instruction and track learning outcomes.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices, discuss curriculum improvements, and stay updated on the latest English‑language teaching methodologies.
- Travel to designated tutoring locations within Mojoagund and Jombang City, ensuring safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in at least the 4th semester of a university program (any discipline).
- Proficient in active English communication—both written and spoken—with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Strong passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students improve their language skills.
- Willingness to work in the Mojoagund and Jombang City areas, with reliable transportation.
