Introduction

PT Lantabura International is a fast‑growing leader in the herbal ingredient and contract manufacturing (maklon) sector, serving brand owners, distributors, and resellers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson – Professional B2B Sales who can drive new business, deepen existing client relationships, and help us achieve ambitious revenue goals. This full‑time position offers a structured work week (Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00) and a collaborative environment where initiative and results are rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B customers, including brand owners, distributors, and resellers interested in herbal raw materials and maklon services.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and technical briefings that highlight the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of our herbal ingredients.
  • Prepare customized quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements while safeguarding profit margins.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by senior management.
  • Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients through regular follow‑ups, problem‑solving, and value‑added support.
  • Update and manage a detailed CRM database, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline stages.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—production, R&D, quality assurance, and operations—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address client specifications.
  • Prepare periodic sales activity reports, forecast future demand, and provide market intelligence to guide product development.
  • Travel to client sites as required to negotiate contracts, conduct on‑site product demonstrations, and strengthen partnership ties.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred; Diploma (D3) or high school (SMA/SMK) acceptable with relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the herbal, nutraceutical, or contract manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Self‑confident, persuasive, and able to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow‑up activities consistently.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a disciplined work ethic; comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
