Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promotor for Electric Vehicles (EV) Motor to join our growing team in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This role is pivotal in driving awareness, generating leads, and closing sales for our cutting‑edge electric motor products tailored for the rapidly expanding EV market in Indonesia. The successful candidate will act as the face of the brand, building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and strategic partners while delivering exceptional service and meeting ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate electric vehicle motor solutions to potential customers at retail locations, trade shows, and on‑site visits.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting market research, prospecting, and cold‑calling within the Bantul region and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating customer interactions, sales forecasts, and progress reports on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development and technical support teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas, and provide regular performance analysis to senior management.
  • Deliver after‑sales support, including follow‑up calls, warranty assistance, and coordination of service appointments.
  • Participate in continuous training programs on EV technology, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Represent the company in community events and sustainability initiatives to enhance brand visibility and promote the benefits of electric mobility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent diploma.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old; preferred candidates are under 35.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of electronics, gadgets, automotive products, or leasing services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer‑focused attitude.
  • Demonstrated honesty, loyalty, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency with communication tools (smartphone, email), customer management software, and basic sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast‑changing market environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
