Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Control Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This full‑time position is based in Sedo, Demak, with training sessions conducted in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, in‑process components, and finished goods to verify compliance with specifications.
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including check‑lists, inspection reports, and corrective‑action logs.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective measures.
- Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, yield percentages) and prepare regular performance dashboards for management.
- Participate in daily shift handovers, ensuring seamless communication of quality issues across all work hours.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and demonstrating compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Train new and existing staff on quality procedures, emphasizing the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through data‑driven analysis and suggestion of best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment that adheres to both safety and quality protocols.
- Report any non‑conformities immediately to supervisors and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor level) in a relevant field.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in product quality control or a related manufacturing role.
- Strong ethical standards: honesty, diligence, discipline, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills; ability to cooperate effectively with production, engineering, and management teams.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and handle physically demanding tasks when necessary.
- Readiness to travel to Pasuruan, Jawa Timur for initial and ongoing training sessions.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Proficiency with common quality tools (e.g., SPC, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams) and familiarity with digital record‑keeping systems.
