Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Account Officer – Customer Relationship Management to join our growing financial services team. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through proactive outreach, networking events, and digital marketing channels.
- Promote and cross‑sell a wide range of financial products, including savings accounts, loan facilities, and investment solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the bank and its clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing service.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, tracking progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct needs‑based consultations to understand client goals and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling product proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales in alignment with corporate policies.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and implement follow‑up strategies to enhance loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, credit, and operations—to streamline processes and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, generate regular performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline.
- Male candidates, age 35 or younger.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory, but a strong interest in marketing and sales is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to a regular work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.
