Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell the company’s multifinance products to both existing and prospective customers across the Jabodetabek area.
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging with channel distribution partners, conducting needs analysis, and presenting tailored financing solutions.
- Collect and verify initial customer data, ensuring all required documentation for credit applications is complete and accurate.
- Track the progress of each credit application, maintain clear communication with dealers and customers, and deliver timely updates on approval status.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and preferred payment locations, and address any inquiries related to their financing agreements.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline in the CRM system, updating records daily to reflect new leads, ongoing negotiations, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk‑management teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit review process.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the sales division.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide market feedback to product development teams, helping shape future offerings based on customer needs and competitive trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s internal policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the multifinance, banking, or automotive financing sectors.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, credit evaluation, and loan documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly target‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis, database administration, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30.
