Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Server Infrastruktur TI to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to gain hands‑on experience managing server environments, ensuring high availability, and supporting the backbone of our organization’s technology services. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, contribute to daily operational tasks, and help maintain a secure and efficient infrastructure that powers critical business applications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Perform routine backups, restorations, and disaster‑recovery testing to guarantee data integrity.
- Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Assist in the provisioning of new servers, storage, and network resources for upcoming projects.
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident reports for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure optimal performance of hosted services and resolve service‑level issues.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and be prepared to work shift schedules, including weekends, to address critical incidents.
- Support the implementation of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud‑based services as the organization evolves.
- Conduct regular capacity planning and performance analysis to recommend upgrades or optimizations.
- Provide basic technical assistance and training to end‑users regarding server‑related services and policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (technical or vocational background preferred).
- Age limit: Up to 25 years old.

- At least 0‑1 year of relevant experience in server administration, IT support, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime for critical incidents.

- Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
