Introduction
The Senior Marketing Communication Manager will join a fast‑growing specialty coffee and F&B brand that blends premium espresso craftsmanship with data‑driven marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for shaping the brand’s voice across digital and offline channels, driving customer engagement, and supporting the business’s financial objectives. The position is based in a vibrant urban hub, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and occasional weekend shifts to cover peak promotional events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that align with the company’s growth targets and brand positioning.
- Lead the creation of compelling content—including blog posts, videos, social media copy, and email newsletters—leveraging deep knowledge of espresso, manual brewing methods, and coffee culture.
- Conduct market and trend analysis to identify emerging consumer preferences, competitive movements, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Manage the brand’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and high engagement rates.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance & Accounting team to develop marketing budgets, track spend, and produce regular ROI reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with product development, store operations, and sales teams to launch new beverages, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Oversee agency relationships, creative production, and media buying, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on digital channels, turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, analytical thinking, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a degree in Accounting/Finance is a strong plus.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing communications, preferably within the food‑and‑beverage or specialty coffee industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, trend analysis, and social media management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of espresso preparation, manual brewing techniques, and coffee product knowledge to authentically represent the brand.
- Experience (1‑3 years) in F&B finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash‑flow management, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with marketing analytics tools, and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative problem‑solving, teamwork orientation, and the flexibility to work shift schedules and occasional weekends.
