Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate orders, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor table status, manage multiple tables efficiently, and prioritize service to maintain optimal guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables according to company standards.
- Handle cash, credit transactions, and end‑of‑shift reconciliations with precision.
- Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to streamline service flow and resolve any operational issues.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for service etiquette and operational procedures.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular checks of equipment and workstations.
- Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, recurring issues, and suggestions for service improvement.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in food and beverage service or a related hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, honest, and quick‑thinking in dynamic environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues during peak periods.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor that reflects positively on the brand.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
