Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and line cooks with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning.
- Operate and maintain basic kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, ovens, and fryers safely and efficiently.
- Support the plating process to ensure dishes are presented according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Receive and store deliveries, checking for quality and proper labeling, and rotate stock to minimize waste.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after each shift.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper hand‑washing, glove use, and temperature monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen supervisors, front‑of‑house staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve culinary techniques and understand the latest trends in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a kitchen or related F&B environment.
- Age: No maximum age limit; we value capability and dedication over age.
- Core Skills:
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and kitchen workflows.

- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
