Responsibilities
- Deliver premium service that consistently exceeds customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat visitation.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute business strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and boost store profitability.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise new staff members, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven culture.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations specific to the food‑and‑beverage industry.
- Design, implement, and refresh in‑store promotional materials and visual displays to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare detailed reports on purchasing trends, customer preferences, and financial performance for senior management.
- Manage store administration tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record‑keeping.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and place timely orders to avoid shortages.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to align store initiatives with broader corporate goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate degree) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) acceptable if combined with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a store leader, manager, or head‑bar in the F&B sector, preferably in a coffee‑shop setting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability for achieving targets.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with shift timings from 08:00 to 23:55.
