We are seeking a dynamic Officer Pemasaran Kredit to join our growing team in Padang. This role is a core part of our credit financing division, responsible for driving product awareness, conducting field‑based market analysis, and converting qualified prospects into satisfied borrowers. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site surveys and detailed feasibility analyses of potential borrowers to assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
- Promote and sell a range of financing products—including personal loans, vehicle financing, and small‑business credit—to individual and corporate customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach initiatives.
- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules, ensuring alignment with both client needs and institutional risk policies.
- Prepare and present clear, data‑driven reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting team to streamline application processing and accelerate approval timelines.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to strengthen brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Adhere to the company’s compliance standards, including responsible lending practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Maximum age: 30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or credit sector.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field, travel frequently across the Padang region, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Key soft skills: adaptability, interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders, quick learning, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Knowledge of credit law and basic financial principles is advantageous.
