Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial (Collection) for its Kisaran branch (SM Raja). This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate payment solutions while upholding the company’s high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of overdue debt collection, ensuring all A/R overdue items are addressed promptly and in accordance with internal policies.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit portfolios, identify delinquent accounts, and prioritize collection activities based on risk exposure.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and secure settlements.
- Prepare and submit regular collection reports, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rates, aging analysis, and outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring options.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s collection management system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development of improved collection strategies by providing feedback on common borrower objections and market trends.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Adhere to Adira Finance’s code of conduct, demonstrating honesty, resilience, and meticulous attention to detail in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the multifinance business model and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt recovery tools.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Kisaran, aligning with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
