Responsibilities
- Oversee all store functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

- Provide knowledgeable product advice, conduct skin‑type assessments, and recommend appropriate skincare and cosmetic solutions.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours while adhering to labor regulations.
- Train, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze daily reports, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Coordinate with the central warehouse to place orders, receive shipments, and perform regular stock counts to prevent shrinkage.
- Execute promotional events, product launches, and loyalty programs in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, especially when dealing with beauty products and samples.
Requirements

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends; prior retail experience in the beauty sector is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Highly organized, diligent, and resilient – able to handle busy periods with a calm, solution‑focused attitude.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a small team while maintaining personal accountability.
