Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Residency within the designated placement area (Kuta Cane or surrounding districts).
- Professional and well‑groomed appearance that reflects positively on the brand.
- Strong discipline, reliability, and a sense of responsibility for meeting targets.
- Active presence on social media platforms with the ability to leverage them for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events.
