We are expanding our sales force in Barabai and are looking for a motivated SPG Penjualan (Sales Promotion Girl) to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position involves direct sales, online marketing, and customer relationship management, all aimed at delivering exceptional financing options to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira’s cash loan products secured by motorbike or automobile BPKB, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and visits with existing customers to encourage repeat orders and cross‑sell complementary financing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch managers and loan officers to streamline the application and approval process for prospective borrowers.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, participate in training sessions, and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Provide timely feedback to the marketing team regarding campaign performance and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21‑29 years old (maximum 29 years).
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this role).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools and social media marketing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
