Introduction

We are a fast‑growing distributor of premium alcoholic beverages, dedicated to delivering quality products to a diverse network of retail outlets across the region. To support our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) for Alcoholic Beverages. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a customer‑focused environment, enjoys building strong relationships with shop owners, and consistently meets sales targets.

The successful candidate will work the evening shift, engage directly with customers, and act as the brand ambassador for our portfolio of spirits, wines, and beers. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a range of alcoholic beverages to retail stores, supermarkets, and specialty outlets.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively answer customer inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and purchasing staff, ensuring repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
  • Execute merchandising standards, including product placement, shelf stocking, and promotional material setup.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling strategies.
  • Report daily sales activity, stock levels, and market feedback to the sales supervisor.
  • Work a consistent schedule of 26 workdays per month, Monday through Saturday, from 17:00 to 01:00.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, compliance regulations, and best‑selling tactics.
  • Adhere to all responsible drinking and legal regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Female.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey product benefits clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets (target‑driven selling).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with store owners and staff.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (17:00 – 01:00) and a willingness to work six days a week.
  • Basic numeracy for handling invoices, cash transactions, and sales reporting.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
