Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and guide them through product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to visual standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and serve basic food and beverage items, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, such as grills, fryers, and coffee machines, when required.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary while preserving brand reputation.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales targets and contribute ideas for promotional activities.
- Adhere to shift schedules, arrive on time for handovers, and document daily sales reports.
- Uphold company policies, including the observance of the five daily prayers, and promote a respectful workplace culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this outlet).
- Age: 17‑28 years.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Ability to perform the five daily prayers on time.
- Honest, communicative, and quick to adapt to new procedures.
- Basic proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and POS systems.
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle high‑traffic periods calmly.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
