This role offers a dynamic, on‑the‑ground sales environment where you will represent top‑brand handphones, accessories, and related services while building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers in designated territories, promoting handphone models, accessories, and related services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explain key features, and answer technical questions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective canvassing, upselling, and cross‑selling techniques.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code standards while representing the brand in public spaces.
  • Use a personal motor vehicle to travel between canvassing locations, ensuring punctuality and coverage of all assigned zones.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotional activities, and customer feedback, and report findings to the sales manager.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, inventory updates, and customer leads using the company’s mobile CRM application.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product launches, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide after‑sales support, such as assisting with warranty claims, troubleshooting basic device issues, and facilitating accessory installations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile accessories.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a field‑based environment.
  • Active, self‑motivated, and eager to learn new product information and sales strategies.
  • Professional, neat, and courteous appearance at all times.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
